Audio Hardware Manufacturer
When approached by this manufacturer, they needed technology infrastructure to help prepare for significant growth. There were many manual processes and customer service was being handled out of a shared inbox.
The team engaged deployed changes to their Salesforce Service Cloud instance to enable email-to-case and web-to-case functionality. This cut almost a month of man hours per year in manual process. The team is now equipped to do 3x more service inquiries at the same staffing levels.
While engaged, the team also rebuilt several help center and partner portal forms to be mobile responsive and create new service accounts for new inquiries. This enables the sales team to follow up with a high touch customer service and maintain communication with previous clients.
